Join everyone’s favorite traveling salesman, Harold Hill, as he cons the people of River City, Iowa, into buying instruments and uniforms for a boys’ band that he vows to organize – this, despite the fact that he doesn’t know a trombone from a treble clef. His plans to skip town with the cash are foiled when he falls for Marian, the librarian, who transforms him into a respectable citizen by curtain’s fall.
This award-winning, critically acclaimed audience favorite such classics as Ya Got Trouble, Marian the Librarian, Till There Was You and, of course, 76 Trombones!
*Doors open 30 minutes before showtime. COVID vaccinations and N95 face masks are recommended but no longer required to see performances at the Raven. See the homepage for information on measures the Raven has implemented to improve air filtration and ventilation inside the theater.
