Richard R. Norgrove
President and Chairman of the Board
Richard Norgrove is founder of Bear Republic Brewing Company, Inc. in Healdsburg/Cloverdale, and a long-time resident of Windsor. He joined the Raven board in 2004 and is committed to supporting the arts in our local community.

Tony Correia
Tony Correia has 7 years of experience in the banking industry and 12 years of experience in business development & customer service. He is an MBA candidate at the University of California, Davis, and a certified Project Management Professional. Healdsburg holds a special place in Tony’s heart. He has come to know the community and has had the opportunity to hear about the city’s history from longtime residents—stories that go back all the way to when it was a small farming town. Tony has participated in many of the city’s signature events, such as Healdsburg’s Relay for Life and Raven Theater’s own Mr. Healdsburg Pageant. He’s looking forward to maintaining the legacy of the Raven and introducing it to younger generations.

Kate Edery
Kate Edery was born and raised in New York City and holds a degree in Theater from Bard College. She began her career as a drama teacher before transitioning into the field of Human Resources, where she now serves as the Vice President of People & Culture at a global tech company. Kate’s heart has always remained in the theater, and she continues to share her love of the stage by teaching with Young at Heart Theatre at the Raven and performing in Raven productions. Deeply passionate about community theater, Kate believes in the power of the performing arts to inspire creativity, confidence, and connection.

Joe Gellura
Joe Gellura is the Raven’s artistic liason and the editor-in-chief of the Raven Speaks: The Backstory. Gellura spent the first thirty years of his theater career working first with Community Theater, then teaching in a New Jersey high school; in his six decades of working in theater, he has filled just about every job there is in the business as either a teacher or as a performer. Since retiring from teaching, he has devoted much of his time to bringing high-quality theater to the Raven. Most recently, he directed Brighton Beach Memoirs with the Raven Players. Gellura is also a member of the Raven Players’ Board of Directors.

Mary Watts Sparks
Mary’s two passions are community and theater. She currently is a senior advisor for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Mary works in anti poverty programs for families and individuals to help them achieve economic and social stability.In addition, Mary is the Sonoma County Office of Education Area 3 Trustee, which she serves in an elected capacity to support student achievement across the County. In her volunteer time, she is the first Vice-Chair for the Sonoma County Democratic Party and is a delegate for the California Democratic Party. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from San Francisco State University and a Master of Arts degree in Public Administration from Sonoma State. Born into a theater family, Mary spent her entire childhood on stage and continues to embrace her love and passion for theater arts. She lives in Santa Rosa with her husband Greg and two daughters.
