Rentals Overview

The Raven Theater is available for rental. We also entertain proposals for co-producing events at our facilities.

Street parking is available. The city parking lot at 58 W North St also offers free parking.

Rates

Monday – Thursday:   $750
Friday – Sunday:   $1000

(Tax restrictions prohibit rental of the Raven Theater Healdsburg to for-profit organizations. We do entertain proposals for co-producing events at our facilities.)

Stage

Beautiful 4’ high thrust stage, 24’ deep by 29’ wide, backed by 24′ x 17 foot screen with LED lighting. Image projection is also available for the screen. Access to the stage is from steps upstage and downstage right and left; access to backstage is limited to extreme USL and USR. An additional 4′ to 8′ can be added to the front of the stage (additional fee and only if schedule allows).

Rental Rates include:

• One rehearsal day is provided (depending on availability) for each paid performance day. Additional rehearsal days (when available) are $120.
• Use of theater from 9 am to midnight.
• Use of theater lighting equipment (with approved operator).
• Theater is provided with a stage wash; special light design extra.
• Use of theater sound equipment (with approved operator).
• Renter will be included in the following marketing as availability allows (renter to provide digital data):
      – Raven Theater website calendar.
      – Raven Theater e-mails to an existing database of patrons.
      – Marquee (large & distinctive on a Healdsburg downtown street).
      – Front-of-theater poster cases.
• Renter will provide front-of-house staff on the event date for box office ticket sellers and ticket takers. These staff positions can also be filled by the Raven for an added fee.
• If desired, your event can be featured on the Raven’s social media accounts, in our Friday newsletter, and in our digital and physical displays in the theater lobby. Image specifications will be provided.
  For an additional fee, the Raven can create and distribute posters, flyers, and handouts.

We recommend Eventbrite for online ticket sales.

Concession Stand

Concessions will be operated by the Raven Theater with menu approval by the renter. All concession proceeds go to the Raven Theater. The snack bar normally includes snacks, cookies, & soft drinks. Wine and beer are available if mutually agreed.
