Volunteer Coordinator:
The volunteer coordinator recruits and tracks personnel to fill the "house" volunteer positions needed at events. Frequently used volunteer responsibilities that the VC recruits for include ticket taker, ticket seller, program distributor, usher, beer pourer, wine pourer, cashier, and "floater." The VC ensures that new volunteers receive guidelines, task lists, schedules, and T-shirts or other wardrobe requirements. Much of this function can occur via email requests to our existing volunteer base.

Grant Writer
Every nonprofit group needs someone who can not only write grant proposals, but also knows how to identify appropriate available grants and develop relationships with those organizations.

House Manager (paid position – 2 openings):
The house manager’s overall function is to ensure the audience’s safety and comfort before a performance, during intermissions, and after the performance. The house manager is in charge of the entire theater – box office, ushers, concession staff, restrooms, etc. A house manager is required for every large performance and most small performances at the Raven.
