Richard R. Norgrove, President and Chairman of the Board

Mr. Norgrove is CEO and founder of Bear Republic Brewing Company, Inc. in Healdsburg/Cloverdale, and a long-time resident of Windsor. He joined the Raven board in 2004 and is committed to supporting the Arts in our local community.


Elise Bulger

Ms. Bulger raised her family in Healdsburg, and has spent the bulk of her years here devoted to helping local nonprofit organizations raise funds, particularly through events and auctions. In addition to helping the Raven, she currently devotes much of her time to the Healdsburg Boys & Girls Club.


Susan Degive

Born in Petaluma, Susan is 3rd generation Sonoma County. After stints in Silicon Valley and the Sacramento area, she returned home to settle in Windsor. She came to the Raven initially as a performer, appearing in several Raven Players productions including A Christmas CarolJoseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, and Pirates of Penzance. Combining a love of theater with her skills of web and media design, she donates many hours to the Raven marketing team and joined the Board in 2015.


Joe Gellura

Mr. Gellura is the Raven’s Artistic Liason and the Editor-in-Chief of the Raven Speaks: The Backstory. He has done just about every job there is in theater in his six decades of teaching theater and performing it. Joe spent the first thirty years of theater working first with Community Theater, then teaching in a New Jersey high school. Since retiring from teaching, Joe has devoted much of his time toward bringing high-quality theater to the Raven. Most recently, Joe directed Brighton Beach Memoirs at the Raven. He is also a member of the Raven Players Board of Directors.


Daniele Luigi Maraviglia

Dan is an attorney and partner with Passalacqua, Mazzoni, Gladden, Lopez & Maraviglia, LLP. A resident of Healdsburg for over 20 years, he has served as a volunteer Board Member for numerous local community organizations, including the Chamber of Commerce, Museum, Kiwanis Club, Salvation Army, St. John’s Dads Club, and the Healdsburg Area Fund. He and his wife, Margaret, are raising their two young sons in Healdsburg with an appreciation for theatre, music, and the arts. He keeps his own connection to the arts by singing with the Healdsburg Chorus. As the Board’s newest member, he is excited about helping to preserve and enhance the Raven as an essential community resource.


Carol Noack

Ms. Noack spent the bulk of her career in marketing communications at high-tech companies based in Silicon Valley and Santa Rosa. As residents of Healdsburg since 1997, she and her husband devote their energies to helping a variety of community nonprofit organizations. She has been overseeing marketing at the Raven Performing Arts Theater since 2002. She produces the Raven’s wildly popular and quirky annual fundraiser, the Mr. Healdsburg Pageant, and occasionally can be spotted singing at community events.


Mary Anne Turbeville

Mary Anne Turbeville provides bookkeeping, tax, and notary services in downtown Healdsburg. She is a former owner of the Toy Chest toy store in Healdsburg. In addition to her activities on the Raven’s board, you’ll often find her volunteering behind the concession stand. With a lifetime of experience with hyper Dalmation dogs, she’s currently on the hunt for her next spotted pet.
