Richard Norgrove, Sr., Chairman

Judy J. Biondolillo

Ms. Biondolillo is a Northern California native who moved to Healdsburg five years ago with her husband, Roger. She worked for more than 20 years as a purchasing manager in Silicon Valley and runs a small business as a virtual assistant for a variety of clients. She is a young grandmother with four charming granddaughters and is also a perpetual university student working to graduate.

Elise Bulger

Ms. Bulger raised her family in Healdsburg, and has spent the bulk of her years here devoted to helping local nonprofit organizations raise funds, particularly through events and auctions. In addition to helping the Raven, she currently devotes much of her time to the Healdsburg Boys & Girls Club.

Carol Noack

Ms. Noack spent the bulk of her career in marketing communications at high-tech companies based in Silicon Valley and Santa Rosa. As residents of Healdsburg since 1997, she and her husband devote their energies to helping a variety of community nonprofit organizations. She has been overseeing marketing at the Raven Performing Arts Theater since 2002. She also writes the monthly “On Stage” column for SonomaWest Publications, and can occasionally be seen singing on the Raven stage.

Nancy Palumbo

Ms. Palumbo is involved in the wine industry as a relationship manager for Silicon Valley Bank’s Premium Wine Industry Group located in Santa Rosa. She was formerly with Lyeth Winery in the 1980s and other wine industry associations. Community involvement in Healdsburg has extended over 25 years through school projects and events as she raised her two children, and through her 15 years as a member of Healdsburg Rotary.

Henk Peeters

Mr. Peeters was born and educated in Europe. After a long career as a senior executive in international agri-business, he and his wife Carol moved to Healdsburg in 2005. He is a Rotarian, much involved with the Raven Theater as well as other community organizations.

Gerold C. Wunderlich

Mr. Wunderlich came to Healdsburg from San Francisco after retiring from a successful career developing resorts in Asia and the Pacific Islands. Prior to that, he was an independent developer in Hawaii. He worked in the specialty retail business in Hong Kong in the early 1970s, having begun a retailing career in New York City. He is an enthusiastic golfer, bicyclist and swimmer when not traveling with his wife Susie. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College.

Joe Gellura

Mr. Gellura is the Raven’s Artistic Director. He has done just about every job there is in theater in his four decades of teaching theater and performing it. Joe spent the first thirty years of theater working first with Community Theater, then teaching in a New Jersey high school. Since retiring from teaching, Joe has devoted much of his time toward bringing high-quality theater to the Raven. Most recently, Joe directed Wait Until Dark at the Raven. He is also a member of the Raven Players Board of Directors.

John DeGaetano   

Mr. DeGaetano has worked for many years in theater, film, and public television. He's been a director, a producer, and/or an actor in productions of Oklahoma, Pirates of Penzance, Evita and Miss Saigon to name just a few. John is the president of the Raven Players; he is a banker by profession as an independent consultant to community banks.
